Business Hotels
In regards to Business hotels, function is the focus. You can expect clean rooms and good service. In terms of English speaking staff it really is hit or miss. If you’re staying only for a few days, and are looking for something mid-range between a guesthouse or luxury hotel, then I suggest a Business hotel.
The ones below are among the best in Kyoto. I chose them more so because of their location. All of them are pretty comparable in terms of price, however the bottom four are more modern and were built in the last three to five years. Other than that, I don’t think there is too much to differentiate one Business hotel from another.
