Located along the beautiful Kamogawa River, Tadg’s offers a pleasant view with an international atmosphere. With a fine selection of award winning craft beers and tasty food (includes a vegetarian menu) to choose from it’s hard to go wrong. Also, from time to time there is live music and CraftBeer (Miro-brewery) Events on weekends and holidays. Tadg was an Executive Chef of a few restaurants in Killarney, Ireland and has also played a significant role in launching some of the other Irish pubs (The Gael) around Kyoto. Now, his wife Mika and himself run Tadg’s.

Always one for some good conversation, you can usually see him mingling with customers. That’s of course when he’s not in the kitchen himself, making sure everything is going according to plan.

Dinner 1,000-3,000 Yen Last Order (depends on the night but generally around 10:30 pm)

Location

From the main intersection of Sanjo/Kiyamachi walk north along Kiyamachi Street. Continue walking until you reach the Marion Hotel on your left-hand side. Directly across from it is the Empire Building (you will see “Empire” written on front) Walk into the entrance and you will see some elevators on your left-hand side. Tadg’s is on the 8th floor.
