Located in downtown Kyoto, Mitsui Garden Hotels are your basic business hotels. Best for visitors wanting to be close to boundless restaurants, stores and cafes. The subway line is located immediately near by Mistui Sanjo and about 5-10 minute walk from Mitsui Shijo.

• Things to know

  Both offer clean rooms, reliable service and well appointed rooms at reasonable prices. They are recommended for families with 2-3 kids. I strongly recommend the Mistui Sanjo location if you want everything within a short walk.

  Subway line connecting to Kyoto station is located about 2 minute walk from hotel. Manga Museum and Cultural Museums are both within about 5-10 minute walk.

  Mitsui Shijo

  Nijo Castle, one of Kyoto\’s best places to see is within walking distance (30 min.) walk or short taxi ride (5 min.) away. If you don\’t mind the walk, the subway line is about 10 minutes. The main shopping district is only a 10 minute walk and there are lots of great restaurants tucked away in the tiny streets around the hotel.

  High Season/Weekends

  Pricing

  -Prices fluctuate on weekends (Friday/Saturday) and during the High Season-Spring (Mid-March to late May) & Autumn (Mid-October to late November)
